The seine-netter "Halcyon" was bought from Caithness around 1960 by a Yell partnership headed by Ronnie Aitken of Camb.  She is pictured off Muckle Flugga, the second most northerly point in the British Isles, the most northerly being the Out Stack, a few hundred yards away.

This painting is 24 x 18 inches in size, and painted in oils on hardboard.  It was bought from the exhibition in the Old Haa, Burravoe, Yell, Shetland in 2008.
