ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

• All paintings on the website are available to purchase, unless marked with a Blue dot (Reserved) or Red dot (Sold)
• Paintings will be delivered with a matching frame chosen by me, unless you specifically request otherwise
• All work is individually priced and this price includes UK postage and packing.  I am happy to post a painting anywhere in the world - please check with me for specific postage costs if you live outside the UK 
• To order a painting, please email me from my 'Contact Me'  page or telephone me  to reserve the painting you would like to buy. 
• Order with complete peace of mind with my personal guarantee of quality
• Damaged goods.  If a painting is damaged in transit, I will either replace it with a similar work or will refund your money in full.  Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a damaged painting, please in the first instance email me with details of the damage.  I will then contact you to arrange refund or replacement.  PLEASE, IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE, RETAIN THE WRAPPING, AS THIS IS VITAL AS EVIDENCE IN INSURANCE CLAIMS.

PRINTS

• All prints are produced to giclee standard
• Limited edition prints are delivered as A3 size
• Other prints are delivered as A4 size
• All prints are flat packed in rigid envelopes
• Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of your prints
• Prints damaged in transit.  In the unlikely event of transit damage, please return them to me with the original wrapping and replacements will be delivered and your postage costs refunded.
• All prices include Postage and Packing to UK and European destinations.  Please email me if you live outside this area and wish to buy prints.
